- Your general practitioner or other referring practitioners
- Other treating health providers involved in your care
- Pathology and radiology providers and, where relevant, hospitals

We use and disclose your information for the primary purpose of providing your care, and for directly related purposes you would reasonably expect. This includes:
- Providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment
- Communicating with your GP and other treating providers as part of shared care
- Billing, processing payments and claiming Medicare or health fund rebates
- Meeting our legal and professional obligations, and as otherwise required or authorised by law
We do not use or disclose your information for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not sell your information.
How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Records are held in secure electronic and, where relevant, physical systems, with access limited to authorised members of our team. We retain health records for the periods required by law and dispose of information securely when it is no longer needed.
Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal and health information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information, and in limited circumstances permitted by law we may decline a request and will explain why.

Information you submit through our website enquiry or booking forms is used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your care. It is treated with the same care and confidentiality as all other information we hold.
